Introduction

CAPITAL CO SERVICES LIMITED publishes the Big Splash mobile application. In this Privacy Policy, Big Splash is called the “Service,” and CAPITAL CO SERVICES LIMITED is called “we” or “us.” The pages below explain what information may be involved when you use the Service, the reasons it may be used, and how to reach us. If you use the Service, you accept the practices set out here.

Information Collection and Use

Big Splash lets you build a book of process units and valve tags. Details you enter — such as a tag identity, a service, a size, a location, a line reference, an open or closed position, or a lockout mark — are stored as part of that book and handled under this Policy.

If you write to us, we receive the email address you use and the message you send, so that we can respond and keep a record of the exchange.

The Service may also receive information that is generated as a normal part of running a mobile app. That can include:

• the type of device and its operating system
• an Internet Protocol address
• how the Service is used, and reports if it closes unexpectedly

Cookies or similar tools may be used to keep the Service dependable and to review usage in aggregate. You can refuse or delete cookies in your device settings. Some parts of the Service may then work less fully.

• provide the Service, keep it available, and improve it

Information is kept while you use the Service and for a limited period after that, long enough for the purposes in this Policy. You may ask us to delete personal information by emailing the address below. We will handle a clear request promptly.

The Service is not meant for anyone under 13, or under 16 where the law that applies to you sets 16 as the relevant age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Transmission and storage can still be compromised. We do not claim that any safeguard is perfect.

International Transfers

Information may be processed in a country other than your own, including on systems outside your place of residence. Protections in that country may differ. Where information moves across borders, we apply safeguards appropriate to the transfer. Continuing to use the Service indicates that you accept such transfers on those terms.
